From what the whistleblower insider phone call told me it is a fact that it is the CIA’s domestic division National Resources behind my targeting. It should be standard practice to include Cease and Desist/Opt-Out Letters to the CIA and if you’re unsure who is behind your targeting it’s better safe than sorry to send notices to all of your local law enforcement and government.
