Some atrocities include, Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, COINTELPRO, Operation Nothwoods, Project ARTICHOKE, Operation CHAOS, San Francisco Bacterial Warfare Tests, Guatemala Syphilis Experiments, Operation Paperclip, MKULTRA – MKSearch, QKHilltop, MKNaomi, Project SUNSHINE, and countless electrical shock and radiation experiments on non-consenting pregnant women, terminal patients, mentally ill children, prisoners, indigents, minorities, etc. A big source of human subjects being from their own military and prison systems with known human rights violating experiments such as radiation experiments in Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Washington, the Holmesburg Prison Experiments, Edgewood Arsenal Tests, and Marion and Pelican Bay Isolation Experiments. Biological and Entomological Warfare operations like Operations Big Itch, Drop Kick, and May Day with research facilities like Fort Detrick and Plum Island, suspected in the creation and release of Lymes disease, to point the finger at just a few that are known and documented.

The world loves to keep it’s blinders on and call this “research” when if you took any look at all you could only call them “Crimes Against Humanity.” Human suffering is the only goal in these so called research experiments. And there is no need ever to do these crimes on unsuspecting non-consenting populations other than for the joy that comes from evil. If it was actual research there would be no shortage of willing participants to help for things that are benificial to humanity, even if it was made clear that lives would be lost.

Time and time again, those without power—minorities, the poor, the disabled, prisoners—have been treated as less than human by their own government, expendable citizens.

Those who possess goodness—empathy, humility, compassion, and integrity—do not crave authority, these traits never need power. Power attracts the narcissistic, insecure, ruthless, and psychopathic—those who crave control. They use fear, intimidation, and exploitation without empathy or remorse, thinking the ends justify the means. They desire dominance, not leadership, bending others to their will.

Even those who start out with morals succumb to the corrupting forces of power. The systems in place twist purity into complacency, leaving the few who resist paralyzed. They watch, sitting on their hands, believing their efforts would make no difference, as corruption spirals violently out of the acceptable range.

From what I have seen, the “New World Order” is already in place and is actually the “Old World Order.” Power doesn’t just corrupt—it consumes, leaving destroyed people in its wake.


I know nothing of this dark influence and want to know even less but I have been exposed to it’s exsistence from my local criminal justice system’s need to introduce me to the psychotronic torture program, one of the targeting programs that is happening blatantly under everyones noses. This entity that has been in control behind the scenes, worldwide, has been there for so long it has conditioned mankind to be, by “nature”, complicit with it’s dark agenda. It wanted to hurt so many innocent people it needed to select dismissible victims to avoid detection. The rational mind has been programmed to trust in authority and not believe in aliens, making it impossible to see these targeting programs and the technology driving them as even possible. This immutable skepticism allows the authorities that are perperating them to never investigate themselves for these crimes against humanity. The victims of these programs are suffering from a relentless, 24/7, inescapable, man-made hell that even the word torture holds no candle to the amount of suffering being inflicted. The torturers, the operators of these 24/7 psychological torture operations (PSYOPs), are infact law enforcement themselves and even global corporations that are under control of these overlords. And they are being paid to do it, shift after shift, this is their job, to psychologically execute these victims. And knowing from experience the isolation that happens when you know you are not crazy and your mind is actually under seige, with all attempts to express that, making you look even more hopelessly mentally ill is devestating. Your own parents watching you slowly decline into madness, loosing their child infront of their eyes, while you beg them to understand that they could have made a difference, for years. Having your own parents be relieved if/when you are finally murdered because they will think, feel, and say: “They are in a better place now, their suffering is over.” And you live trapped in this hell for as long as you can praying for someone to rescue you, that it will someday end. That is the point of this paper, there needs to be a rescue for all of these victims. I am pointing out to you the reality we live in is not a lost cause, you can make a difference. You can keep your humanity if you have some, and you can try to gain some back if you lost some. No one should be sitting on their hands for this.

I know all of the details of my targeting conspiracy from the initial criminal investigation I was mis-targeted for and my transition into the targeting program. The CIA is the scapegoat, another PSYOP in it’s self, this “Old World Order” is the architect of the Targeted Individual community, a way to keep a handle on their victim’s narrative with the media keeping them only as mentally ill people, deserving of pity, and never seen as possible victims. There is blatant public PSYOPs that further discredit and misdirect their victims such as several books, confrence talks, and videos by the “ex-CIA whistleblower” author Dr. Robert Duncan who tells half-truths to get TI’s to get believe in and promote insane fabrications that further destroy any hope of finding real advocacy. The CIA’s FOIA online reading room is full of declassified papers with his name all over them and it is a real elaborate PSYOP but they killed him off from a DEW assassination and forgot to build him an obituary or memomiral. An accredditted author, doctor, and scientist with no obituary. TI’s only source of advocacy is a PSYOP non-profit Targeted Justice that is misdirecting their victims into the non-sensical notion that they are on a FBI terrorist watchlist and making frivolous lawsuits that further discredit them. No lawyer would ever make a frivolous lawsuit unless it was on purpose. These victims are being encouraged to flood the DOJ with more reports of nonsensical ideas like having a BCI in their eye. These are vulenrable people prone to nonsensical thoughts all on their own, they don’t need the encouragment. This is all for the enjoyment of evil that comes from the suffering of innocence.


I am a rational person, my mind does not work in hypotheticals, I do not jump to conclusions, and I am not a conspiracy theorist. I had a hard time believing what I had to accept as reality from the forced exposure to the targeting program and the unending rabit hole that comes along with it- mankind and its humanity has been corrupted and destroyed over millennias, directly under our noses. We were never built to be self-serving but someone somewhere there was intervention and most of us were convinced to be happy to become what we are now.
